Due to the limited availability of our private studio space and occasional travel requirements for your lesson, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. (Please refer to the cancellation terms and conditions below for further details.)
Payments
We accept cash when paying in person, or you may wish to pay with bank transfer. Please ask us for our bank details, if required.
Packages:
Packages are payable in full at your first lesson. To ensure availability, package lesson times must be booked in advance - at least one at a time. Package lessons must be completed within a 6mths timeframe from the date of your first lesson.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice or failure to attend a scheduled lesson will result in the forfeiture of the pre-paid package lesson or the requirement to pay the full lesson fee. However, if we receive reasonable notice—preferably 24 hours, but at least 4 hours in advance—we will be happy to reschedule your appointment without any penalty.
Refunds on package lessons:
There is no refund on wedding package lessons if you are unable, or choose not to, continue with the lessons. We will instead credit you with a lesson voucher for the remaining lessons outstanding. please contact us direct to discuss options.
